Step 1. Give.
Give to others – small ways you can give to others that make a big difference. Give to yourself – reflect and give yourself credit.
Step 2. Love.
Show love, feel love, share love. Expressing it can be as simple as giving some one a smile, or holding the door open for someone.

Step 3. Heal.
Heal the negativity – release negative energy and inhale positive energy. Hear ways to do this.
