Banana Smoothie
½ cup milk – ½ cup water
1 Banana
1 teaspoon of honey if desired
1 sprinkle of cinnamon
ice
Blend It!
Ice thickens the smoothie and makes it nice and cool on a hot day.

Berry Smoothie
½ cup of berries – frozen berries
crushed almonds
½ cup milk – ½ cup water
Sprinkle of Superfoods Protein blend – it has flaxseed, almond, sundlower seeds and sesame seeds, it is a blend which is a good source of protein, dietary fibre, Omega 3. You can sprinkle it on your breakfast oats as well.
